All items are made to order after it has been ordered and paid. Please allow around 1-2 weeks for the making of your items. This can differ depending on order demand at the time.

If you order products for delivery outside of the UK, your order will be subject to import duties and taxes, please note that I have no control over these charges and I cannot predict their amount. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes.
Cross-border shipments are also subject to opening and inspection if needed by customs authorities.
Return & Exchange Policy
Thank you so much for your love and support! Your support means so much to a young designer like me.
I want you to be happy with your purchase but if you are not, you may return it within 10 days of receiving the item for either an exchange of size, or store credit in the form of a coupon code.
Please email me at junajuu9@gmail.com where I can advise you on how to make a return. If you contact me after 10 days, we will discuss and see what we can do.
If a returned item appears to have been worn or damaged, I unfortunately will not be able to accept the item.
For returns and exchanges, it will always be the customer’s responsibility to post items back with a trusted service, and this cost must be covered by the customer.
